He was born in 1993 in Kayseri. He graduated from Erciyes University GSF Sculpture Department. Starting his art career at an early age, Geyikci, took part in EgeArt Art Days and Base 2017 Alumni Exhibition in 2016.
Geyikci, who attracted attention with his works in the field of cinema, won various awards with his short films ‘Poşet’ and ‘Son Akşam Yemeği’. ‘The Abis’ short film script was awarded the Production Award at the 9th Okan University International Short Film Festival ‘FilmYAP’. In 2022, he was awarded the first prize in the Sabancı Foundation Short Film Competition with his film ‘Visitor’.
Geyikci, who won many awards in the cinema and advertising sectors with the short films he shot between 2018-2024, reached the first prize in the ‘Birol Güven Short Film Competition’ with his short film ‘Vira’. His short film ‘Necessity Break’ was also included in the 77th Cannes Film Festival Film Market Turkish Cinema Catalogue. His documentary ‘Memory: Kültepe’ was among the selections of the International Archaeological Film Festivals.
Finally, he shot Turkey’s first artificial intelligence-supported documentary ‘The Mysterious Sanctuary of Cappadocia: Erciyes’. Geyikci, who continues his productions in the field of cinema in Kayseri, draws attention with his narrative language that brings together different disciplines.
